There are many ways employers can get involved in the Jobs for Youth Campaign. You could:

  1. Volunteer to conduct mock job interviews as part of our Real Industry Job Interviews (RIJI) program.

  2. Share your industry insights with young people as a member of the Industry Speaker Bank.

  3. Offer a Structured Workplace Learning placement in your organisation.

  4. Register and post your jobs and post your jobs on this Talent Community job portal – it’s free, easy and gives you access to young people looking for entry-level jobs in Melbourne’s Inner North.

As an employer you can take up one or more of these options and you’ll make a real difference in a young jobseeker’s life. That’s because no matter how big or small your business is you can raise your hand and say “I can help.” And when you pledge to support young people, you join a team of like-minded business operators providing outcomes to young jobseekers entering the employment market across Melbourne’s inner north.
