Programmed Training Services is offering an amazing opportunity to complete a minimum of 12 month Telecommunications Traineeship while being hosted by our client - Telstra.

Programmed Training Services specialise in the employment of Apprentices and Trainees with our clients and the design and delivery of nationally accredited training.

If you're looking to build an exciting career with Australia's leading Telecommunications provider then this traineeship opportunity is for you.

You'll be working with the latest communications and state-of-art technologies, and help keep Australian's connected by installing and maintaining telephones, broadband, IT and wireless infrastructure. You will gain a Certificate 3 in Telecommunications as well as receiving on the job coaching, mentoring and support by telecommunication professionals.

It is an inherent requirement of the role that:
Commit to a traineeship minimum duration 12 months
You are able to differentiate between different coloured cables
Lift weight (eg. ladders 20 - 35kg)
You are able to work at heights (on ladders)
You have a driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
Undertake and successfully pass a medical and a police check
Be able to commence the Traineeship in October/ November 2018. Transfers and accommodation is paid for by Programmed
Travel for qualification based training for up to a month at a time or when required
Be an Australian citizen or Permanent resident. You cannot be signed up on a traineeship contract on a temporary visa

Experience isn't necessary but a driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual is required.
