Emergency Call Centre Agents

Call centre experience required
Interviews will be conducted 16th, 17th January
Flexible roster (24/7)

Seeking vibrant Call Centre Agents for a busy 24/7 Emergency Call Centre located 5km's South East of Melbourne's CBD, for an immediate start. The train station is 2 minutes away!

The role:
The role will see you be responsible for receiving inbound emergency calls from all over Australia. You will connect callers to the Police, Fire or Ambulance. This role sees you making a difference and helping people.You will work with a great team of friendly people in a supportive culture with extensive training and ongoing support being provided.

Three weeks full time training must start on 3rd and 4th February 2020. This is a great opportunity to join a leading and iconic Australian organisation.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be flexible and able to work on a flexible basis as the call centre is 24/7. You will be required to work on weekends and public holidays.

About you:
  • The ability to stay calm and work under pressure
  • Be flexible and able to work a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Superior communication and listening skills
  • Sound geographical knowledge and spelling of Australia town names
