  • $29.97 p/h + Super
  • 5-week assignment, July start
  • Hawthorn, WFH as required

The Organisation

Our client is a world-ranked university leading the way in innovation, industry engagement and social inclusion.

The Role

The Enrolment Hub is an integral part of student experience. You will be responsible for assisting students virtually with their enrolment and answering relevant student enquiries. This is a full-time role, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, located at the university's Hawthorn Campus. WFH may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to students regarding their enrolment.
  • Handle a range of enrolment activities including processing all enrolment-related requests.
  • Respond to general enrolment enquiries and provide clear advice and options in order to provide effective solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated customer service experience within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • High level communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High level attention to detail and time management skills.
