With the opportunity to go temp to perm for the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to work in stunning CBD offices for someone looking for that next step to develop their office administration skills.

Duties and responsibilities include

  • Supporting office support team in all areas of general administration
  • Reception cover
  • Ensure office is neat and organised at all times
  • Kitchen and print room maintenance
  • Word processing
  • Meeting room management
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Event and function preparation and support
To be successful in this position you will have

  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Exposure working in a corporate environment is highly desired
  • Professional presentation and communication
  • Flexible proactive attitude
  • Client service orientated
  • Ability to communicate and support staff at all levels

This role will suit someone who is looking for a varied role, the role will grow with your ambition! Please note you will be required to work 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Initial minimum commitment is 4 weeks with the opportunity to be considered for the permanent opportunity.
