Mitchell Shire Council is one of Victoria's fastest growing municipalities on Melbourne's northern growth corridor. We’re looking for an Administration Officer to join our Operations and Parks team, supporting Road Maintenance and Renewal, Parks and Gardens, Tree Management and Fleet and Plant.

Working closely with the Fleet and Business Support Coordinator, this role is responsible for maintaining and improving Council’s finance, asset, customer request and fleet management systems, software, data and processes to provide timely and accurate information in relation to Operations and Parks.

To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications and or previous extensive administrative experience in either local government or the private sector; have a strong customer service focus and commitment; demonstrated high level computer skills including knowledge of fleet management systems; and experience in record keeping, financial, contract and general administration.
