A fantastic rare opportunity for a Legal Assistant / Secretary to support in Personal Injury law - Northern Suburbs

Our client is a standout Personal Injury firm with offices all around Victoria. This position is located in the Northern Suburbs, in a beautiful office.

The firm are looking for full time Legal Assistant to join the TAC/WorkCover team and be responsible for a range of legal support and administrative tasks. You will have variety in your role.

Typical duties include -
  • Diary management and inbox management
  • Opening new files, preparing letters and correspondence, drafting medical legal letters of instruction, compiling briefs and court documents
  • Compiling briefs and court documents
  • General administration and filing
  • Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handling general calls, and client liaison
  • Ad hoc administrative duties
