In this role, you will be chatting with our customers making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5-minutes. You will be a peacemaker. A quick thinker. You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You’ll know your way around a computer. You will think inside and outside of the box.

You will be considered for Part-time opportunities with our Flybuys campaign. The role involves a mix of working from the La Trobe Street Office and from home on a rotating roster. Please see technical equipment requirements for the role below.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Flybuys members, answering general enquiries, updating changes to member information and redeeming of member reward points. We are seeking highly driven individuals that strive to meet and exceed expectations. Key Details:

  • Multiple Part-Time positions available commencing June 2021
  • Rotating roster working 20 - 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 7 pm | Full Availability Required
  • 1-week full time paid training | Full Availability Required
  • The ability and capability to work from our office locations in Melbourne CBD
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior customer service experience - contact centre preferred but not essential
  • Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • A passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to contribute and work as part of a team
Technical Equipment Requirements:
  • Windows 10 based PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM or equivalent.
  • Anti- Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on
  • Reliable Internet connection
  • Headset with a microphone
