About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term opportunities (12 months)

The Customer Service Specialist is focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes that are both well managed and meet the needs of the customer. This role is always aware of the need to follow not only internal policies but ANZ’s regulatory obligations; and is dedicated to supporting frontline and helping customers.


About You

To be successful in this role, will ideally bring the following:

  • Displays a genuine interest in the customer and focusses on improving the standard of customer experience, process improvement and quality.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Develops sound relationships with ANZ customers & ANZ staff by maintaining professional two-way communication.
  • An understanding and feeling of pride that what you do matters. You never lose focus on the customer and always strive to deliver the best customer outcome.
  • A commitment to your own ongoing personal and professional development and learning which sees you remain up to date on changes to ANZ internal processes and policies along with external regulatory obligations. You are also happy to share your knowledge and expertise with those around you.
  • A change positive mindset which helps you not only embrace change as it is delivered but also seek out opportunities for change and process improvements that deliver the best possible customer outcomes.
  • Your willingness to keep the lines of communication open both verbally and in writing, by adjusting your delivery to best meet the needs of your stakeholders, as well as responding in a timely manner.
  • A drive to succeed that sees you consistently deliver on assigned goals and performance targets, while maintaining a focus on delivering high quality outcomes.
