About the Role

  • Develop and manage project plans in the project planning IT system ensuring accurate cost and resource estimating.
  • Log and track all project plans and project documentation
  • Coordinate the consultation process with all stakeholders ensuring an accurate and secure audit trail of documents and key decisions
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials and stationery required for events
  • Arrange contracts, raise Purchase Orders and expenditure authorisation forms for approval and follow up invoices to ensure accurate payment.
  • Respond to telephone enquiries and convey accurate information promptly and appropriately.
  • To work as part of a team
  • To undertake other duties as requested appropriate to this position
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure/construction projects
  • Attention to detail with an ability to work autonomously when required
  • Demonstrated major project experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in project scoping and documentation, including change control process and reporting
  • Well-developed MS project skills
  • Well-developed data analysis skills
  • Experience with risk management and knowledge of risk management systems.
  • Ability to maintain and report on budgets
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer friendly approach to internal and external stakeholders

Moyne Health Services is a public, not for profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire. Port Fairy is a picturesque coastal community in South West Victoria. Employing more than 190 people, MHS operates a 15 bed acute hospital, 2 Aged Care Residence' with a total of 82 beds, Accident & Emergency, primary and community care services, adult day centre and Allied Health Services.
