We are looking for several customer Service Representatives to join us on two type of contracts: one year fixed term view to permanent and one year fixed term of maternity cover contract. The position will be based in our supporting office conveniently located in Kensington and free car parks are accessible on site. This position will be working between office hours, 5 out of 7 days a week. The shift pattern will include weekends occasionally. 

Your role

  • Managing inbound customer inquiries regarding orders and products via phone and email
  • Helping customers when assistance is required with follow up from start to finish
  • Contact and communicate with overseas colleagues
  • Making courier inquiries for dispatched orders
  • Problem-solving including offer resolution for complaints or warranty claims

To be successful, you must have:

  • Basic understanding of supply chain and Australian e-commerce retail market
  • Strong work ethic and a great attitude to learn
  • Bring fresh ideas and initiatives to the team
  • Enjoy following process and solving problems
  • Strong attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Problem solver
  • Good computer knowledge and typing skill
  • Be a team player but work autonomously when required
  • Willingness to learn and desire to progress with the company
