About the Role:
This role is for the ENGIE Electrical and Communications, servicing large building projects and corporate projects. Based in modern offices in Fairfield, we are looking to appoint a Trainee Administrator who is bright, positive, energetic, and reliable to provide full time administration support to our busy team. This is a great opportunity learn on the job in a trainee role, complete your Certificate III in Business Administration and to become part of a growing company with a great team culture and strong work ethic.

The main responsibilities of the role are:
Answering phones, taking and passing on messages
Calling clients and organising site visits for Service Technicians
Labour scheduling
Administrative support to the Corporate Support Team
Attending and preparing minutes for meetings
Preparing letters & spreadsheets
Data entry


The successful candidate will have:
Year 12 minimum
MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Enjoy working in a team environment
Be able to offer excellent customer service

This is an entry level traineeship suiting a candidate wanting to start their administration career and prepared to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Trainee wages are applicable for this role. Hours of work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an additional day off each month.
