Job Title: Migration Agent Assistant

The Position:

  • Part-time (20-21 hours/week) with potential progression to full-time
  • Mostly work from home (team collaboration via Google Meet)
  • 1-2 days per week at St Kilda office

The Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with, and providing overall administrative support to, our registered migration agents
  • Shadowing experienced migration agents and helping them review migration-related applications
  • Providing customer service to existing customers (including: answering basic inquiries, requesting documents etc.) and prospective customers (e.g. helping them book in consultations)
  • Preparing documents (e.g. document checklists, visa application forms, submission letters etc.)
  • Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines)

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential:

  • Currently studying, or have recently completed, a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. Those progressing towards admission into unrestricted legal practice also welcome to apply
  • Fluent English (IELTS 7.0+ in each band)
  • Australian PR or Citizen
