About the role:

In this 6-9 Month Contract you will be supporting 2 Group Executives in Strategy, Transformation & Services and Finance, Technology & Operations functions and work together with your Group Executives to coordinate and prioritise your workload. You will have significant exposure dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information and understand the complexities of the two departments.

Some of your key responsibilities will include to:

  • Diary and email management and screening
  • Preparing papers and reports for the Board and relevant Committees
  • Building relationships within the business to achieve common shared goals with other support staff
  • Updating and amending policy information documentation
  • Coordination of external meetings and conferences
  • Relief reception when required

About you:

Both teams are friendly and inclusive, and this is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a varied and diverse role with no two days ever the same. You must be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and be able to communicate at all levels. A strong proficiency using Microsoft suite is essential. Previous experience gained within an EA/PA position is highly regarded.
