    A Team Assistant position has become available with a highly regarded professional services firm based in Melbourne CBD. This position works with a close and supportive administration team.

    Day To Day
    • Organise Events: plan and coordinate regular team and client events and workshops
    • Diary and Expense Management: Support managers with day to day schedules and expenses
    • Office Management: ensure shared spaces are tidy, manage supplies etc.
    • General support for the team with IT, social committee, HR inductions

    What We Are Looking For
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
