We are a privately-owned Melbourne based commercial cleaning company servicing medium to large businesses across Victoria and Australia wide. We are located centrally in St Kilda Road where there is readily accessible transport right at your doorstep.

The successful applicant should be energetic, friendly and will demonstrate a passion for customer service, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a small team, strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.

The successful candidate would have excellent communication skills, corporate presentation, but most importantly be open and friendly as you will be our front line.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a mature individual who has a passion for customer service and motivation to deliver engaging and friendly experience for our valued clientele. In addition, the successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administration and receptionist position;
  • A high level of customer service;
  • Exceptional communication skills and personal polish;
  • An upbeat, polite and pleasant telephone manner (with the ability to extract information from the caller and direct them to the best point of contact);
  • Self-organisational skills (able to deal with multiple telephone calls and 'walk-ins' simultaneously);
  • Basic computer skills;

If you are a customer focused, enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist who values relationships highly, both internally, as well as with clients, who thrives in a busy environment and are looking to take the next step in your career, then this may be the job for you! The role will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities include

  • To ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • To deal with administrative priorities in a timely manner.
  • Reception duties including answering and directing incoming calls where required.
  • Database management
  • Organise all staff courses and re-imbursements
  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Ordering and maintaining stock supply of office stationery
  • Ordering and maintaining stock supply of company uniforms
  • Taking and distributing minutes from weekly meeting
  • Other general office duties which enable the efficient operation of the office as well as enhancing the client experience
  • Any other ad-hoc requirements as requested or directed by the internal staff


To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years client administration and staff coordination
  • Basic user knowledge of Excel and Google Suite
  • Have strong attention to details
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Be solution focused and enjoy looking for opportunities to improve processes and systems to take the business to the next level of operation and service
  • To be committed to learning and developing your skills
  • A positive, friendly and can-do attitude
  • An upbeat, warm and friendly personality
  • A genuine interest in adding Value daily to the organisation and our clients

A background in the services sector will be of great advantage but is not essential.
