  • Commencement date mid June
  • Casual with a view to permanent
  • Part time hours - 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm or 3 days per week working 8 hours per day

  • $32.03 per hour

A fantastic opportunity exists for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join this reputable national business distributing health care products located in West Footscray.

You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers with an empathetic approach.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, although are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our varied and vulnerable client base.
  • Processing customer phone/email orders and enquiries.
  • Provide a polite and professional level of customer service to all customers
  • Respond accordingly to varied requests for information
  • Provide accurate product advice to customers to enable them to meet their needs and make informed decisions
  • Maintaining customer account details
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders accordingly to ensure that the best customer service is provided for our customers.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an office based call centre and/or customer service position.
  • Positive outlook
  • Can work both independently and as a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Empathetic and patient
  • An ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload
  • Excellent phone mannerisms
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Certificate III in Customer Contact or equivalent is desirable but not essential
