Customer Service/Administration/Warehouse Officer Needed

We are an Office Furniture Retailer and Manufacturer with full showroom, office, and factory all on the one premises, specialising in all aspects of Business Furniture.

We are looking for a well experienced customer service & admin person to join our small friendly administration team. Part time 9am - 5pm 4 days per week, based in Preston. Flexible Days, work the days that suit you!

You will bring excellent customer service / administration skills working in an Factory Office Environment . Duties will include but not limited to

- answering phones

- resolving interstate Freight and warranty matters with efficiency

- Booking of all interstate consignments to be pick up

- greet customers arriving to showroom and assisting with sales enquiries

- invoicing customers and suppliers using MYOB

- liaise with suppliers to confirm stock availability

- payroll on Xero

- filing of invoices and supplier orders

- check incoming and outgoing orders in warehouse

- maintain warehouse and office stock levels

- liaise with delivery drivers and freight companies

- morning check of picked orders before they leave for site

- pay utility bills

- Accounts Payable and Management of All Supplier Accounts- other duties as required

Excellent communication and organisational skills required.

Training provided for successful applicant. Permanent Part Time position on offer with immediate start. Working environment is friendly, with a very supportive and close team.
