Customer Service Consultant

The Role

As the Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia clients, meeting the requirements of the service agreements. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and be proactive in growing relationships within the clients. This role will report into the Account Delivery Manager and will be based in Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure we deliver on customer contracts and adhere to SLA's
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvements within the clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the clients
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide clear and confident direction to all members of the team
  • Build effective relationships and drive successful outcomes with both internal / external customers and 3rd party vendors
  • Manage P&L to achieve operational target in revenue, cost and GP
  • Create business proposals for presentation to clients
  • Review and confirm invoicing and billing
  • Build and maintain a strong, trusted relationship with the clients
  • Adherence to compliance and governance protocols

About you

You will be a proactive individual who thrives on building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Being forward thinking in your approach, and able to identify and solve problems before they happen will also be advantageous in this role. Industry experience is not necessarily required, providing you can demonstrate key attributes including:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in services-based account management
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable being a point of escalation for other team members
  • Passionate about team work and collaboration
