Hays are proud to be exclusively partnering with a highly respected boutique Owners Corporation agency who have been experiencing continuous growth over the last 5 years. They are well known for having a high-end portfolio of new residential and commercial properties. This agency goes beyond just managing OC's, they partner with top developers providing best practice advice through the construction process and assist in establishing the OC. Due to exponential grow, they are looking to add a Senior Owners Corporation Assistant to assist a Senior OC Manager with their premium portfolio.

Your new role

  • Managing insurance matters
  • Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties;
  • Assist with proposing new budgets each financial year;
  • Organising the AGM, and sending out related notices, nominations etc;
  • Managing Committee issues, including calling of Committee Meetings and issuing Minutes of those meetings;
  • Advising owners on matters of Body Corporate law and procedure and;
  • Managing any dispute and resolutions that may arise
  • General administrative duties
  • Identify areas for improvement within the administrative support process and develop and implement new strategies to improve efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess some experience within Owners Corporation and will be someone who genuinely likes to assist others. You will also have the following:

  • Experience as an Owners Corporation Administrator/Assistant or experience as an Owners Corporation Manager and looking to step away from OC portfolio management responsibilities
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Genuinely happy to assist and train others
  • Strong understanding of the Owners Corporation Act
