Full Job Description
About the company
This opportunity is for a leading Australian health company located in the CBD requiring an immediate start for the right candidate. This is a temporary opportunity is for 3 months initially with potential for extension. WHV candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Diary and calendar management
Organizing travel and accommodation
Assisting with preparation of communications
Drafting and editing documents and correspondence
Answering phones
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
Taking notes and minute taking
Filing, archiving and general file management

Requirements:
Experience working as a PA (in the health industry advantageous however not essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
A fast and accurate typing speed
Ability to pick things up quickly, fat learner
Must be able to work independently and ability to manage own workload
Immediate availability
