Full Job Description
Working for a leading distributor for a world-renowned capital equipment brand in agricultural and construction equipment, our client is looking for a Customer Service /Administration Officer for a temporary assignment. The client is based in Campbellfield, and the position is to start ASAP on an ongoing basis with the potential of permanency.

As a Customer Service/Administration Officer, the position will be ensuring external and internal customers are supplied with the correct orders in a timely manner and always maintaining high customer service standards over the phone, face to face and between other state branches.

Some of your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
Receiving inbound calls from customers and taking orders over the phone
Greet Customers at the counter and answer their queries and place orders
Picking and packing the parts that are required to be sent out
Assist with invoicing for parts, resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
Assist with inventory management
Provide assistance to the Sales department

To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a similar role where your role involved customer service and administration duties. You must have had experience interpretating customer orders as well as understanding of inventory control, parts interpretation, logistics management and receipt and /or dispatch goods. Excellent communication skills and time management skills is a must and strong eye for detail. You must be proficient on computers and worked with MS Suites as well as other Databases.
