About the Role

We are excited to share with you an opportunity in our new OneMB - Client Experience Transformation (previously referred to as TOM) team, in Melbourne for a Legal Administration Assistant, on a full time permanent basis. Working closely with the Affidavits and Conferences Team Manger, we are looking for someone who can provide excellent service and administrative support to our clients.

Key responsibilities of this role will include;

Preparing, filing and serving of court documents and briefs;
Answering and managing all incoming inquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate; and
Diary management.
Liaising with clients (both internal and external);
Copying, filing and preparing client correspondence;
File management;

We are looking for candidates who have;

Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Ability to multi-task;
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
Enthusiasm and initiative;
Confidence in fast paced environments with tenacity to meet deadlines;
High attention to detail;
Excellent and tactful communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal);
Proven ability to build strong relationships;
Able to use judgement about escalation of issues / information to Supervisor.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Experience high-level Administration position
Knowledge of/ or experience in an industry associated with road and/ or personal injuries will be advantageous;
