The Opportunity

Our client is a large Federal government agency seeking staff with a strong work ethic and high levels of professionalism to work in their busy contact centre. The core role of a Contact Centre Operator is to connect interpreters with non-English speakers and agency clients.

Your Role

  • Answer calls, register and allocate requests quickly and effectively
  • Obtain client data to assist in the creation of invoices.
  • Deliver high quality client service to a culturally and linguistically diverse range of clients.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators relating to average handle time, adherence and conversions
About You
  • High level of professionalism
  • A strong work ethic and a high performance attitude
  • Attention to detail & excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in KPI-driven environments
  • Ability to work to a structured schedule
  • Experience within a phone contact centre environment
