JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new organisation

This not for profit organisation strives to enrich diverse communities through the provision of quality health care and support services. You will be contributing to a culture that affects change for our clients and the wider community based in Preston. Your new role
You will be required to provide a high level of customer service while managing incoming calls and responding to voice mails in an outbound capacity follow up requests.

  • Preston location
  • Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm rotating roster
  • Temp ongoing with strong view of extension

You will:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers.
  • Be able to answer various inbound calls in a high-volume capacity.
  • Ability to work within a great team and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrate resilience and proven capacity to work in a fast paced and often high-pressure environment with limited supervision.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have Contact Centre/Call Centre experience. Professional attitude with an outstanding work ethic.
  • Empathetic approach as you will be dealing with distressed carers and health professionals.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people. Require strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
