- serve as the initial point of contact for clients, respond to request for investment, fund and account information
- resolves complex account issues and handles escalated issues from the team
- ensures the completion of deliverables for assigned tasks as needed
- follows standardized procedures to meet clients needs.
- documents client and team feedback in support of services improvement efforts within the business

Ideal Experience for the Customer Services Associate Role:
- 3+ years client services experience ideally in superannuation but also across Financial Services.
- demonstrated client first mentality
- ability to develop and maintain relationships with external providers and internal partners
