Home Owners Portfolio’s purpose is to reliably provide easy to use products and services, that meet the needs of our priority Home Owner segment and improving their financial wellbeing. We provide Home Loans, Deposits, Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Wealth products to around 6 million retail customers.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing administrative and operational support to the Home Owners Portfolio Lead. You will be a proactive, highly experienced professional who makes a habit of providing more than just routine executive assistance. Your day will be busy and varied and you will play an integral part in supporting an inspirational leader achieve their goals and vision in driving ANZ's initiatives forward successfully.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
  • Extensive experience in calendar and email management at an executive level
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a proactive and professional manner
  • A track record in building strong, open and collaborative working relationships
  • A positive, can do attitude and a thirst for learning
