Service business customers with general enquiries providing excellent first point of contact service to clients of a leader in the technology industry

Join a welcoming team servicing current business customers of a leader in the technology industry. Manage customer relationships by assisting with answering enquiries, processing orders and providing technical support at an operator level.

The office is based in Mount Waverley with ample on-site parking available. This role is a 6 month temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer enquiries and handle in a professional manner approx 40 - 45 calls per day
  • Remote resolution of customer incidents – triage and resolution of minor and operator related incidents
  • Information gathering – logging all enquiries into management tool
  • Service Level Management
  • Escalation – ensuring requests reach the correct resolver group
What you need to bring to the table:
  • Effective communication skills - written, listening and verbal
  • Accurate information gathering and data entry skills
  • High level of computer, numerical and Microsoft application literacy
  • Experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Frontline Customer Service role
  • Incident and Problem management skills
