Full Job Description
Our client is an Australian non for profit organisation providing life changing experiences and services to over 25 million people each year!

An exciting opportunity is now available to join their contact centre team, based in the CBD

and we are recruiting in high volume!

As a first point of contact you will be providing access to clinician services and delivering customer centric care with compassion and empathy.

About you:
Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature who believes in helping people.
Customer service oriented with a great ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding phone manners.
Intermediate tech skills with the ability to learn and grasp new systems and programs quickly.
Highly capable of prioritising demanding tasks and multi tasking.
Highly attentive to detail.
Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
Carry a positive attitude.
Handle all data and incoming calls with care and confidentiality.

Your duties:
Display organisation’s core values.
Liaise with community partners & external stakeholders.
Customer care and relationship building.
Taking calls and problem solving enquiries in a timely manner.
Listening thoroughly and with care to customer calls and providing access to relevant services.
