Our Retirement Living business is currently looking for a Conveyancing and Contracts Assistant to join their team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

In this role, you will provide property contracts administration & conveyancing support to each regional village operations team, in relation to resident exit/entry process, resident contracts and other transaction agreements between the company and its residents. You will act as the main contact with external law firms for incoming conveyancing communication, ensuring legal compliance and making sure all reservations and settlements are processed on time. You will also interface with various other parts of the business including village operations, property for reinstatement / upgrades, sales and finance, championing customer satisfaction throughout the reservation, resale and settlement processes.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have sound experience working in a conveyancing environment with an understanding of property contracts. Experience with Retirement Living contracts would be favourable. With excellent contract management skills, including contract processing and administration and an understanding of basic contract requirements, you will be highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.

Intermediate - advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required and Oracle or other finance software would be an advantage. With a passion for our industry you will be highly motivated and able to take initiative within nominated range of authority whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
