JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for an outstanding Junior Customer Service Agent to join their newly created operations on both a permanent basis. They are looking for an outstanding personality who can liaise with all types of customers over the phone to proactively solve their problems and issues of their accounts. This position will be in there Melbourne CBD offices. All training will be completed in the office; this position is permanent, full-time.

Description

Reporting to the Staff Development Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer queries via Phone, E-mail, and iPhone application.
  • Proactively going above and beyond to solve customer queries about fuel card.
  • Assisting with internal stakeholder fuel card enquires and issues.
  • Outbound calls to gain feedback on services and to ensure the problem is fixed.
  • Ensure CRM database and customer accounts are up to date.
  • Ad-Hoc requirements requested by senior team leaders.

Profile

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer, who can effectively work within a new team environment. They are looking for a candidate with a high attention to detail and someone who has a positive and open-mindedness to every interaction with the customers and clients. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment. Prior experience in a customer service would be highly required. The key to success in this role will be able to learn and develop in a fast-paced working environment.
