JOB DESCRIPTION

Working within a busy team you will be required to think on your feet ,answer queries and trouble shoot creatively - exceeding customers expectations every time.

Description

*inbound and outbound calls to customers and retailers regarding repairs

*respond to online queries and issues

*build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

*update database and adhere to compliance

*provide etas to customers on repair times and availability of stock

* resolve customer issues in a timely manner

*recommend process improvement

*follow up on any documentation required

*general admin as required

*aim to achieve kpis

Profile

To be successful you will have the following skills/attributes:

*previous experience within a call centre or customer service environment

*strong problem solving skills

*exceptional customer service skills

*Good technical knowledge would be an advantage

*attention to detail

*Oracle experience is an advantage

Job Offer

This role is full time temp and working hours are 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm , an attractive hourly rate is on offer for the right person.
