The Role

Our client is an independent, Australian owned petrol and convenience company which offers customers premium quality fuels and competitive pricing Australia-wide.
Bringing your passion for training and development, you will have the opportunity to deliver onsite Retail, Fuel & Pie Face training assessments within existing stores and any new sites.
You will also conduct auditing, and monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices.
Reporting to the Field Client Manager, you will engage, motivate and provide ongoing mentoring and feedback to staff on their training progress, supporting them to achieve their goals, assisting in new store openings and helping uplift the brands within stores.
The territory includes Victoria and occasional inter state travel will be required. Working days Monday to Friday, however flexibility will be required from time to time.

What we are looking for;

Proven working experience as Trainer or similar role
Previous experience in fast-food & food service is highly desirable
Advanced computer skills on MS Office
Ability to build rapport and develop long term relationships
Experience in achieving results in a retail, fuel and/or Food Services environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a current car driver’s licence and will be required to undertake frequent motor vehicle travel and/or air travel. Travel to sites requiring some overnight stays
