Your new company
The CBD Office Support team service numerous clients across the Federal, State and Local Government, Higher Education, Not-for-Profit and Private sectors. Due to an increase in temp worker demand, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Executive Assistants to register for upcoming temporary assignments.

Your new role
As an example, the Executive Assistant roles we have recently been working on have required the successful candidate to fulfil the below tasks. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.

  • Act as the first point of contact including receiving and responding to phone calls/emails and correspondence and greeting visitors
  • Liaise with, facilitate and support meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Provide and coordinate administrative support including compilation of papers and reports, filing, paying invoices and disseminating information
  • Manage diary arrangements including prioritising meetings and deadlines
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements
  • Prepare and/or quality assure general correspondence
  • Provide secretariat duties including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, coordinating documentation
  • Establish and/or maintain record keeping systems including managing and tracking correspondence
  • Assist in the organisation of annual conferences and events, including sourcing/booking appropriate venues and attending to all relevant logistical needs
  • Undertake research and prepare correspondence as required.
  • Provide ad hoc admin assistant to the business as necessary

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in an Executive, Personal or Team Assistant role in a fast paced, busy environment is essential
  • Strong organisational, time management and secretariat skills
  • Heavy diary and travel management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
