What You Will Be Doing
The Board Administrative Officer coordinates all activities relating to the Board of Directors, including scheduling Board and Board Committee meetings, attending and minuting Board and Board committee meetings, preparing agendas, reviewing board papers, compiling Board and Board Committee papers, communicating with Board Directors and the Peninsula Health executive team.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of secretarial support to Peninsula Health’s Chief Legal Officer. The role coordinates a range of administrative and reporting functions on behalf of the Chief Legal Officer.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
-Experience in a Board administrator role-Previous Executive Assistant experience
-Computer skills in Office 365 and Board Portal-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.-Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills.
