Your new company
A highly established, award-winning firm that specialises in high-end projects are on the lookout for a Team Coordinator/PA to join them in their office. Located in the heart of the CBD, the firm is close to all public transport and a variety of cafes and restaurants, their open office environment filled with natural light, boasts style and sophistication that you will find hard to resist.

Your new role

You will join a talented, close-knit friendly team and be surrounded by intelligent leaders in a progressive organisation. You will be the first point of contact in the office and you will be responsible for greeting a diverse client base, liaising with internal staff, maintaining office supplies and the cleanliness of the reception area and assisting the directors with PA duties.

Your PA duties will involve:

  • Diary, email and calendar management
  • Updates templates in word
  • Booking meeting and board rooms
  • Writing of various submissions
  • Scheduling transport and accommodation
  • Maintain general office requirements
  • General incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supervising and monitoring office staff

What you'll need to succeed
Are you a dynamic team administrator/receptionist with a love for the world of Architecture and a passionate for design looking to step up into a PA role? This could be the role for you! You will need to be self-motivated and exercise a high level of initiative and creativity. You will be in charge of auctioning change and leading the Practice so will need a strong attention to detail and have a calm nature under pressing deadlines. You will also be flexible and open to challenges and learning new responsibilities coupled with an excellent phone manner and professionalism. This role is a full-time permanent position so full working rights are required. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

What you'll get in return

You will be working closely with the two dynamic directors of the business and will be exposed to a wide range of interesting tasks. This role is working in the office full time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
