Your new role

  • Answering incoming calls and queries
  • Process sales orders through SAP
  • Support Sales and Account Managers
  • Generate sales reports and price lists
  • Update product information

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous administration experience ideally in a sales support environment
  • High attention to detail when entering data and processes orders
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience using SAP will be highly regarded but is not essential
