BACK OF HOUSE Junior Crew

• A genuine passion for the industry
• A desire to learn, create and prepare high quality food consistently
• Having an ability to thrive under pressure, whilst still maintaining a high standard, during busy service periods
• Maintaining daily and weekly cleaning schedules of production areas
• A team driven attitude to bring great service in a busy kitchen
• Maintaining daily and weekly cleaning schedules of production areas
• Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (must be available on Sundays)
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred, however not required

FRONT OF HOUSE (Waiters/Waitresses)**

• Energetic and customer focused individuals
• Genuine friendly personalities
• Having an ability to thrive under pressure, whilst still maintaining a high standard, during busy service periods
• A strong food and beverage knowledge (or willingness to learn!)
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (must be available on Sundays)
• Barista experience is preferred, however not required
