Full Job Description
Collins Street location, beautiful offices, close to Southern Cross Station
Part time role, 3 days a week, flexibility available on days
Up to 75k plus super on offer (pro-rata)

The Organisation:
This rapidly growing financial services organisation is a specialist advisory firm that works tirelessly to produce successful outcomes for it’s clients. They attribute their success to their network and reputation built on client focused, personalised approach values. Due to this continued growth, they are now seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support the directors.

The Role:The personal assistant role will see you responsible for:
Diary and email management of multiple directors
Organising and coordinating events
Coordinating internal and external meetings for the directors and clients
Assist in editing presentations and letters
General office duties

The Candidate:To be successful in the role you will:
Have prior Personal Assistant experience, supporting multiple executives
Possess exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products and Video Conferencing platforms

The Offer:
A part-time, permanent role based in Melbourne's CBD, only moments away from Southern Cross Station and other public transport. A salary range of up to $75,000 per annum, including superannuation (pro-rata) will be offered to the successful candidate, based on experience.
