About the role
Temporary Customer Service Consultant opportunity with a growing Financial organisation located in the CBD. Be the face of the business handling all inbound member enquiries while delivering a first-class experience. Position starting 19th April 2021.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inbound calls enquiries, both general and specific
  • Accurate data entry of customer records
  • Ensuring customer requirements and time lines are met
  • Participate and contribute to all training programs
The Successful Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a corporate customer Service/ Reception or Administration position
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Open to temporary contract employment with the opportunity to extend
  • Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills
