JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new company
Exciting opportunity to join the call centre team in East Melbourne working on a Government Project starting on the 6th of April. There are multiple roles available in customer service working Full time or part time hours on a Casual or Permanent basis.

Your new role
Your responsibilities include providing customer centric service and helping customers with inbound enquiries regarding updating customers personal information, assisting with general queries, and assisting in online lodgement forms. Your new role will be handling a high volume of calls, working in a fast-paced and structured environment and adhering to KPI's.

  • Ability to work in a structured environment
  • You will need to be an Australian Citizen
  • Provide Customer Centric Service
  • All successful applicant will be required to go through a full background check.

What you'll get in return
The office is easily accessible by public transport with the benefit of onsite parking. You will work on a rotating roster of 8am- 8pm, Monday- Friday, with opportunity to work overtime and weekend rates. Training and career development opportunities are offered.
