To support our success we are currently recruiting for Representatives to join our Customer Interactions team in our Bourke Street based Call Centre.

About the Role...

We are looking for team members with a real passion for customer service, a genuine interest in identifying and understanding our customer’s needs, and the ability to engage and guide them through their best options. You will have a genuine desire to help people with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have confident computer skills and enjoy working in a structured environment. We are seeking individuals who have an aptitude for learning; enjoy innovation and have the confidence to express new ideas.

The starting salary for this position is $60,000 p.a. + 14% super.

These roles are available as full-time, permanent opportunities.

About You...

You will be required to complete an initial 4-week blended learning program. This program includes classroom based training that provides foundational technical knowledge to ensure your success in the role. You will need to be comfortable navigating digital platforms and systems.

Sunsuper is committed to providing subsequent ‘up-skilling’ modules, on-going coaching, training, and development. Our Call Centre operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 9:00pm and you will need to be flexible to commit to a rotating roster. You must be available to start on Monday, 10 May 2021 or Monday, 31 May 2021.
