Vendco is the Evoca Group distributor of automatic & traditional commercial coffee and vending machines in Victoria incorporating the Necta, Saeco, Gaggia and SGL brands. Our company is quickly growing and in need of an office administration support person to assist with accounts / bookkeeper.

Your responsibilities will include -

  • Answering phone calls & responding to emails
  • General administration & office duties
  • Greeting customers and assisting with sales of machines in showroom
  • After sales support 
  • Preparing customer orders such as coffee consumables, parts and booking shipping
  • Corresponding with technicians on jobs and schedules
  • Communicating with sales manager on every aspect of daily business activities
  • Your Skills:
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Multitask approach to meet deadlines
  • Good time management & organizational skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office 365
  • Xero accounting experience an advantage
  • Must be an Australian Citizen

Position is Part -time Mon - Fri 9am - 2.30pm - 25 hours per week

Our company requires a permanent part - time office administrator 

Training will be provided

Experience in coffee or vending industry will be an advantage
