JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a distributor of food packaging to the hospitality industry. We are looking for a customer service guru to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The hours of operation will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and will move to a rotating roster after approx. 6 months. The role will be located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving customer enquiries
- Supporting our sales team
- Scheduling deliveries
- Dealing with account enquiries
- Liaising with our warehouse, operations and purchasing team
