The Client

Our client is one of Melbourne’s most iconic and popular tourist attractions set amongst the most stunning and diverse landscaped gardens near the heart of the City. Open all year around they employ a variety of professional customer service teams to ensure a smooth and successful daily operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting their permanent staff with the current social distancing requirements as outlined by the Victorian Government. The role will see you speaking with patrons, explaining, and with the support of management, enforcing the social distancing policy. You may also be required to assist the cleaning crew in keeping the grounds clean by collecting and sorting waste.
You will need to have strong customer service skills with a friendly disposition where no question is too difficult.

Skills and Experience

The following experience and availability is required, along with proof of the following documentation to ensure your Health and Safety within this working environment.

  • Proven customer facing experience
  • Availability to work 8:30am till 4:30pm throughout the week including weekends
  • Current Police Check
  • OH&S Construction Induction Card is preferred (White Card)
  • Representing our client in a friendly and professional manner
