JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant opportunity with a professional services firm based in Melbourne CBD. Working in a collaborate team, the Personal Assistant will support two Partners and play an important role in the broader Advisory team.

This firm has a supportive culture and beautiful office space that encourages individuals to further their own careers.

Supporting Two Partners, Day To Day Activities Include

  • Diary management and appointment setting
  • Support with proposals, reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and organise events and conferences
  • Minute taking for various committees
  • Billing and timesheet management
  • Collating and reporting information


Successful Candidates Will Have
  • 3+ years of Team or Personal Assistance
  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exposure/experience in client services
