JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a number of opportunities available for Customer Solutions Consultants to join the team on a casual basis. The posions are located in Northcote and start ASAP

Working fulltime hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm casual ongoing work.

About the role :

As part of the Customer Solutions team, you will have a key role in processing and assessing client files in line with government compliance & guidelines for Apprentices and Traineeships.

The role involes :

  • Assessing and processing Training Contracts, Claims & Trade Support Loans.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service both internally and externally.
  • Skilfully & efficiently resolve enquiries from incoming calls and emails.
  • Receiving and processing forms and paperwork

To be Succesful in the role you will need :

  • Ability to start work ASAP and work full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or Customer service based role.
  • Time management skills
  • Outstanding communication & customer service skills.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive & flexible attitude.
  • Ability to provide 2 recent contactable references
