360RTO Solutions is one of Australia's leading RTO consultancy agencies - and is currently looking for CasualRemote, or In-house RTO Compliance Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team due to an unprecedented amount of work.

The position is a on a casual basis, however current demand means we have a lot of work for someone requiring a good number of hours. This role is perfect for individuals with extensive experience in creating RTO compliance documents (both standard RTO and CRICOS RTOs), including assisting with audit reports, training and assessment strategies, trainer profiles, validation reports and activities, and rectifications.

Job Description:

As RTO Compliance Assistants, you will be assisting with compliance activities and producing compliance documents for RTOs and TAFEs throughout Australia. You will ensure audit, compliance activities, documents, and reports represent "best practice", and are aligned with the ASQA's (or the state regulator's) current audit model and process.

Your robust attention to detail will help accurately identifying non-compliances, and produce accurate and robust compliance documents for new and existing RTOs.

In this role, you will be instrumental in assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with core documents for New RTO registrations
  • Assist with internal audits against ASQA/TACWA/VRQA regulatory frameworks for initial registrations, and ongoing RTOs
  • Assist with validation activities across a wide range of RTOs, delivering training in various sectors
  • Assist with remote audits for RTOs across different regulatory standards (e.g. SRTOs, National Code 2018, ELICOS Standards, Funding etc)
  • Assist with audit reports, recommendations, and rectification strategies for under different regulatory clients (e.g. SRTOs, National Code 2018, ELICOS Standards, Funding etc)
  • Develop training and assessment strategies and other critical compliance documents (e.g. trainer profiles, trainer competency mapping) for new and exiting RTOs
  • Assist with rectifying non-compliance in learning resources and assessment tools
  • Liaise with RTO and TAFE clients (if required to complete compliance activites)
  • Review and quality control training and assessment strategies and other critical compliance documents (e.g. trainer profiles, trainer competency mapping) for new and exiting RTOs
  • Review and quality control validation activities across a wide range of RTOs, delivering training in various sectors
  • Review and quality control rectification on learning resources and assessment tools

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting, or assisting with audits and compliance activities across a wide range of RTO operations
  • Experience in writing, amending, and rectifying learning materials and assessments across a range of training packages
  • Experience assisting with RTO compliance and auditing, across a range of regulatory frameworks and funding bodies
  • Experience assisting with compliance monitoring, reporting, and implementation of improvement plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the creation and rectification of most critical compliance documents within an RTO
