We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated Call Centre Agents to join an Iconic Australian Brand in Windsor at their Emergency Services Contact Centre.

  • 4 positions available - 24/7 availability
  • 4 positions available - Night Shift - must be available for shifts between 4.00pm - 6am
  • Windsor location

(penalty rates apply for overnight and weekend shifts)

This is a high volume and fast paced role in which you are required to provide accurate connections to Police, Fire and Ambulance dispatchers across the country at the request of the customer. You will be required to follow strict protocols and procedure to ensure every call is taken quickly, efficiently and correctly. Calls are KPI measured and high-quality service must be provided on every call.

The call centre operates 24/7 and although preference is taken onboard to the best of our ability, all agents need to be available to work mornings, afternoons or nights if required.

A high level of commitment is required for this role and agents must be able to commit to a shift-based roster delivered 2 weeks in advance with a maximum 5 shifts (40 hours) per week.

The Role Entails
  • Answering calls from all over Australia
  • Efficiently connecting all emergency calls to Police, Fire or Ambulance dispatchers
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service
  • Ensuring customers are treated with an empathetic approach

About You
  • High volume Contact Centre experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to follow protocols and procedure
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • The ablity to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Strong Geography skills
  • Reliable
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A high level of resilience
  • A strong team player
