OMI is an award-winning Japanese-fusion food concept developed by popular Japanese Iron Chef, Ikuei Arakane, in Melbourne, Australia.

- Westfield Doncaster
- Melbourne Central
Staff/ Junior Staff (Westfield, Doncaster) - Part time/ Casual
Key Responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to,
- Take orders, accepting payments in a friendly and polite manner
- Coordinate with and assist fellow team members to prepare food and support the operation of the kitchen
- Assemble and prepare ingredients needed for cooking
- General cleaning duties within the kitchen and food preparation area
- Ensure that all food safety requirements are met by following necessary company procedures
- Protect the brand image by maintaining the order, cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen and taking pride in your workplace
- Organize and clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean environment and take pride in your place of work
About You The right candidate will be full of energy and enthusiasm, not afraid of new challenges and ready to hit the ground running.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Hardworking, passionate and full of energy, ready to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication skill
